The branding for ShineBrightly needed to feel like GEMS but not be GEMS and, as an activity box subscription for girls ages 7-12, it needed to be playful and energetic.
Not only did I work to create the look and feel of West Michigan Music Therapy, I helped owners Emily and Jeremy think through who they were as a business and how they wanted to present themselves to the world.

I created two conceptual paths for the client and they decided they loved both: one for the conference and one for the inclusion of the prize. The goal was to connect the branding to the legacy of its namesake, Abraham Kuyper. Final deliverables included static logo files as well as Canva templates for updating the conference information from year to year.

Each year, GEMS produces a new curriculum based on a theme. This curriculum was a revamping of the branding I created for the 2020 virtual conference to connect leaders with the messages heard at conference while still appealing to girls.
